Why Agencies Partner with Fintactix
Banks and credit unions come to their digital agency with a familiar question: “How do we give website visitors real financial tools without building them ourselves?”
Fintactix is the answer that 200+ banks and credit unions have chosen, deployed across more than fifteen years of embedded financial tools. Our Financial Calculators engage early-stage visitors with quick, confident answers. Our Financial Navigators guide decision-ready consumers through multi-step lending journeys that deliver qualified leads to the institution.
For agencies, that means a product line you can recommend with confidence, a proposal kit that drops straight into your RFP responses, and a partner program that shares the economics of the deals you bring.
A Product Line You Can Recommend
When an agency recommends a vendor, the vendor reflects on the agency. Fintactix has been serving banks and credit unions for over fifteen years, with 200+ institutions currently deployed across all asset sizes — from community banks and credit unions through major regional banks. A recommendation of Fintactix is a recommendation your client can verify in five minutes and your agency can stand behind for the length of the contract.
Two Ways to Partner with Fintactix
Many Fintactix engagements come to us through digital agencies — agencies recommending us in RFP responses, licensing us on behalf of their clients, or introducing us to banks and credit unions they’re already working with. Our partner program shares the economics of those engagements in two clean tiers.
The distinction between the two tiers comes down to who Fintactix’s customer is. Under the referral model, Fintactix’s customer is the bank or credit union. Under the reseller model, Fintactix’s customer is the agency. Everything else about how the two tiers work — payment timing, renewal treatment, billing relationship, ongoing responsibility — follows from that.
Referral Partner — 10%
Agency introduces a new prospect to Fintactix. Fintactix bills the client directly. Agency earns 10% of the initial license value, paid at deal close.
- Paid on: Initial license value only. Renewals are not included.
- Trigger: Deal registration approved in advance. Every Fintactix customer is working with an agency in some capacity — the 10% fee is earned only when the agency has actually introduced a new prospect, confirmed via deal registration before Fintactix engages with the client.
- Protection window: 90 days from registration approval. If the client signs within the window, the referral fee is earned.
- Worked example: On a $30,000 first-year license, the agency earns $3,000 at close. No further fee on year-two or year-three renewals.
